1999年在中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系获理学博士学位并留校工作。2001.9-2001.12在德国Chemnitz大学物理系做访问学者(Silicon Bonding在气体传感器上的应用)。2003.12-2004.12在台湾新竹清华大学物理系做博士后(InGaN太阳能电池的研究)。2009.02-2009.11在美国宾夕法尼亚大学李巨教授的课题组做访问学者,进行材料模拟计算的研究,多年来一直从事新一代半导体材料、光催化材料、太阳能电池材料的制备、结构与物性、材料模拟计算研究。
