薄膜太阳能电池

课题组简介:

本课题组主要研究CdTe,CuInSe2(CIS)体系(CuInGaSe, CuInSeS等)薄膜太阳能电池器件的制备和物性研究,建立了国内先进的半导体、金属、氧化物薄膜制备设备,制备出具有一定转换效率的CIGS(5%)和CdTe(13.2%)薄膜太阳电池,其中,CdTe薄膜太阳能电池转换效率处于国内领先水平,并跻身于国际高水平;研究具有CIS/CdS核壳结构的纳米棒异质结的表面、界面对其光学、电子输运性能的影响,构造具有一定直径分布的CIS/CdS异质结纳米棒阵列,并研究CIS表面和CIS-CdS界面对其电子输运特性的影响;研究CIS纳米棒阵列的直径、阵列周期等对不同波长光的陷光效应等。课题组现有总面积约130m2百级、千级的超净室,在薄膜制备方面具有较完备的多种薄膜制备设备,包括有国产超高真空磁控溅射、脉冲激光沉积薄膜制备设备、热蒸发台、光刻机和快速升温硒化炉等。
