杨碚芳,1969年毕业于中国科学技术大学物理系,1977年以来在中国科学技术大学从事科研与教学工作,1992年至1993年在加拿大多伦多大学物理系合作科研。现任中国科学技术大学教授,博士生导师。杨碚芳教授多年来致力于光电功能材料,特别是新型宽带隙半导体材料的制备、结构与物性研究。已在Appl. Phys. Lett. , J.Appl. Phys.等国内外刊物发表论文30余篇。目前,承担一项国家自然科学基金重点项目和一项国家自然科学基金面上项目。
