教育与科研经历


1999年在中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系获理学博士学位并留校工作。2001.9-2001.12在德国Chemnitz大学物理系做访问学者(Silicon Bonding在气体传感器上的应用)。2003.12-2004.12在台湾新竹清华大学物理系做博士后(InGaN太阳能电池的研究)。2009.02-2009.11在美国宾夕法尼亚大学李巨教授的课题组做访问学者,进行材料模拟计算的研究。目前是中国科学技术大学化学与材料科学学院、合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心双聘副教授。

主持和参与十多项国家自然科学基金委联合基金、安徽省重点研发计划项目、科技部973量子调控项目、科技部重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金委重大科研仪器专项、中国科学院重大科技基础设施开放研究项目等。已在Nat Commun, Nat Nanotechnol, J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Energy & Environ Sci 等期刊上发表论文130多篇,H-index302018年获安徽省自然科学二等奖。

  • 过渡金属氧化物的物理性能,这类材料中的物理性能与其电催化、光催化等性能的关联;

  • 第一性原理材料设计与物性机理分析;

  • 太赫兹相关科学与技术研究。
